1. The above rates are per room per night. (All rates are inclusive of Tax & Service Charge.)
2. When you make a booking, HanaTourJeju will contact you in 1 week. Your reservation is not confirmed before
confirmation letter is sent.
3. We keep your credit card information only to guarantee your reservation. Your payment shall be made either by
credit card or cash at hotel, when you check into or out of your hotel room.
4. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended. After 27th
October 2017, room availability and rates may not be guaranteed.
5. The reservation form must be accompanied by credit card information to guarantee your reservation.
6. The above rates only apply to of ICAE 2017 participants who reserve through the online reservation system.
7. Please read carefully the cancellation policy and inclusions of the chosen hotel before you confirm your booking.
